This vaccination clinic is providing 3rd dose booster vaccinations.

Please note, if you are aged 30 and above you will be offered the Moderna vaccine; people aged 18-29 will be offered the Pfizer vaccine.

You may receive your 3rd dose at one of three sites. Please choose the date/time most convenient for you.
