This vaccination clinic is providing Pfizer vaccinations for people aged 5-11. You must be 5 years old on the day of the vaccination, ages will be checked.
Note: if you are booking a 2nd dose please ensure that there is a minimum of 21 days between 1st and 2nd doses.
